John’s experience includes development, asset management, underwriting and due diligence. Prior to joining WSP, John was a Development Manager at Kraus-Anderson where his focus was commercial and multifamily development, in addition to asset management responsibilities for the company’s market rate, mixed income and senior portfolio. Prior to that, John was a CRE Portfolio Manager at Johnson Financial Group, where he underwrote and presented over $1B in new loan origination opportunities across the Upper Midwest.
John holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. He is an active member of WREAA and NAIOP.
